SHIPPING POLICY
In-store Shopping: Available Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm.
Curb-side Pickup: Available Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm.
Online Orders: Orders are processed and shipped within three business days during busy sales periods and often within one business day or even just a few hours. Shipping times depend on the shipping service selected during checkout (1-5 business days, depending on the service). If you need your order by a specific date, please select the appropriate shipping service and let us know the date you need it by in the special instructions section of your order; we will do everything we can to accommodate you.
Shipping: We ship across Canada using FedEx courier services. Customers can choose from multiple delivery options available at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

RETURN POLICY

ONLINE & IN-STORE PURCHASES
For hygienic reasons, most of our Hair, Makeup and special FX products are final sale. Please be careful during the checkout process to ensure you have ordered correctly.
Exceptions may be made for some items if they come sealed from the manufacturer, and the seal has not been removed or tampered with. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for any items if products and/or packaging are used, damaged, and/or tampered with in any way. Returns/Exchanges must be made within 15 days of receiving the purchase. Original copy of The Face Station receipt/invoice must be present at the time of return or exchange. Refunds are only applied to your original method of payment. No exceptions.
ONLINE PURCHASES ONLY
We require images of damaged or incorrect products, and usually require the items shipped back to us. Please contact us regarding any issues before disposing of any damaged or incorrect products. Unacceptable returns sent back to The Face Station will not be eligible for return/exchange. The customer will be responsible for the shipping charges if they would like the returned item(s) shipped back to them.
ADDITIONAL
All return/exchange requests must be made within 15 days of the purchase being received. Only purchases made through www.facestation.ca or The Face Station retail store will be accepted. We do not accept any return requests for purchases made through other retailers/websites. All missing or damaged items must be reported within 2 business days of receiving the purchase to be eligible for a claim. Shipping costs are only refunded if an error was made on the behalf of The Face Station.
REFUND POLICY
To be eligible for a refund, the products must be returned to us within 15 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. Upon receiving the product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Depending on the mode of payment used, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be credited.
If the product or the packaging is damaged in any way, or if the return is requested more than 15 calendar days after the product is delivered, you will not be eligible for a refund. Our customer support team would be glad to support you if need any further information.
